Children's photography is quite a rewarding business model. From the instant the kid is born until they are young adults the family usually wants photos of their children growing up. Lots of time the parents will bring in children for all kinds of special occasions. The regular pattern appears to be newborn, six-months, a year, two, three, five, ten, thirteen, and sixteen. This can go on until the children become grown ups. Don't disregard the holidays such as Christmas or Easter. All these photograph opportunities can add up to a nice residual income, particularly if a photographer gets plenty of consumers. Using a green screen can help you get those customers.

Photographing kids can be a very pleasant business to be in. From the instant the kid is born until they are young adults the family typically wants photos of their children growing up. Lots of time the parents will bring in children for all kinds of unique occasions. Normally they have pictures taken quite often when they are babies and every year or two after that. For some this pattern extends to 18 and on occasion even 21. Don't disregard the holidays such as Christmas or Easter. All of these photographic opportunities and can bring in a nice income if you have a lot of customers. Using a green screen can help you get those customers.
But wouldn't it be nice if there was a means to intensify the number of sales, especially during the early childhood years where the child's moms and dads may not usually bring them in for their pictures? This piece will show not one or two, but three ways you can improve your salary by using a green screen with those same clients-and it will not cost you an arm or a leg to get this going.
The initial thought is a imaginative use of a question all children get asked sometime during their youth: "What do you want to be when you grow up?" This question routinely leads to the standard answers of doctor, firefighter, policeman, astronaut, and cowboy or cowgirl.
Here is a rapid way to do this. First, to make sure you don't have to make complicated sets or print up some location backdrops, set up a green screen that you will take the child's photograph in front of. Next, have the child dress up like their dream job would have them look - if feasible, help the parents by having cheap props like a fireman's helmet, a cowboy hat, and a doctors mask with plastic stethoscope. Take the child's portrait, and then use uncomplicated chroma key software to place them in the proper surroundings.
Another way to make use of a green screen and offer another unique portrait opportunity is what I like to call the "show off" tactic. This idea calls for the parent to bring in something the child has accomplished that they are quite proud of. Then take the picture as if the child is standing next to the exhibit. If the child is into sports try taking the picture from the side with them leaning on a wall that is covered with green screen.
Finally do not forget to utilize themes to your advantage. You can find out what the name of a book that they really like. Do some straightforward investigation and see if there is any way you can place the child inside their favorite story. For instance, if the child is into "Lord Of The Rings" or the "Narnia" series of books, find eye-catching outdoor scenes that feel like they belong to the book. For something like the Harry Potter books try placing them in front of an old English cottage. If you put your brain to work and make use of your thoughts you will find there is no limit in the places you can position your clients when you are using a green screen.
