An adventure vacation may be a great way to spend the Indian summer. Below are some great ideas for activities to do during your holiday.

One of the most relaxing things you might try is trout fishing. All you have to do is to get a permit and some fishing-rod. Also, search the Internet in order to find where are the best places to practice this sport. Bringing some of your friends and your family with you can also be a very good idea.

Another type of adventure you could try is the water sport. If you have decided to spend your holiday near the ocean, the sea or just near the river then you might try rafting or kayaking. If you are interested in learning this then you might hire someone to teach you. There are agencies that can rent you all the equipment you need so you don't have to carry anything and also there you can find trainer that can be of great help.

Another water sport that you might find tempting is water skiing. If you believe that this sport is not for you, then you could just rent a boat and visit some of the beautiful scenery. If you are determined to spend your holiday by the sea then these activities should be o your list of things to do: parasailing, snorkeling, swimming and sea diving.

If you don't feel like spending you holiday by the sea, then you can choose to go in the mountains. A specific activity for the mountains is trekking. But in this case also, there is a lot of equipment involved so the best way to avoid overloading your car would be to hire an agency to help you with everything.

The destination of your holiday is not really all that important, what is important is that you have a good time with your friends or your family.
